Water,Water, Water......Fruits and veggies...... the more the better, the more colorful your food is the better!

Well, Well, Well.....this one is my struggle I must admit!

Designate the time to be more physical! The older we get we look at our children and we know we need to be here for them.... so we have to get the work outs in!

Push yourself to move more, make it fun! Walk everyday, join a gym, get a group of friends, work out together or even work out with your family!

Create the body you want better yet focus on being healthy first, then push yourself to get the body you desire.
Family

Create the best family dynamic you possibly can. Single, married, divorced or widowed. God can stand in the gap and be whatever you need him to be in the present moment, there is no love greater.

Teach your child/children what you wish you were taught. Model the best way you can, love even if its tough at times, save your family from the world as best you can.

Whatever you can't handle give it to God!
